Breathe.

I’ve been feeling super-stressed & overwhelmed lately.  I knew it was time for a change, so I did some (additional) homework to the mounds that surround me daily.

I’ve been a subscriber to Greatist‘s daily emails for several months now, which linked me to a new one today: Zen Habits.  I love it!

Please, if you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed, give it a look.  Both sites have some great tips and tricks to help decompress your stress.
